Disclosure

In the interest of transparency, here's my full disclosure statement. The Google ads on my blog and occasional Amazon links in my posts generate revenue. It's my hope they'll help compensate me for the time I spend blogging (I suppose it's working, if you consider 2¢/hr fair compensation :). I haven't received any products, services, or payments from anyone else. But if you want to send me money or free stuff, I can be receptive. (Fair warning: If you send me a product and I don't like it, I'll be honest about it, or say nothing at all.) Everything I write is my own opinion, and quite possibly wrong. I don't represent or speak for any business or other organization.

Google Adsense: Since this blog is hosted by a Google-owned hosting service (Blogger), I'm participating in the Google Adsense Program. I'm compensated when you click through any of the ads on this site.

Amazon Associate: If you click on one of my links to Amazon and subsequently buy something, I'll get a 4% referral fee, which helps support my book buying addiction. But no worries: I don't smoke, snort, or inject the books–I just read them. Here's the legal boilerplate from Amazon:
Minnesota Family Historian is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com.
